Role Description This is a full-time role for a CDP Engineer based on-site in Ghaziabad. The CDP Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and management of Customer Data Platforms, integrating data from various sources, and ensuring data quality and consistency. They will work closely with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders to facilitate data-driven decision-making. Additional responsibilities include optimizing data pipelines, managing cloud-based solutions, and contributing to the development of scalable data architectures. Qualifications Strong 3-5 years of experience with Customer Data Platforms (CDP) and data integration preferably in Treasure Data, Segment Proficiency in modern data engineering tools and technologies Knowledge of cloud data stacks and cloud-based solutions Strong skills in data quality management and ensuring data consistency Ability to work collaboratively with data scientists, analysts, and other stakeholders Experience in optimizing data pipelines and developing scalable data architectures Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field Experience in AI-driven analytics and GenAI is a plus
