Job Description

The Workforce Enablement team provides data, analytics, and resource management services to ensure Customer Operations staffing levels meet the business needs. As the Manager of Workforce Enablement, you will deliver actionable insights to the business delivery teams, encompassing forecasting & planning, productivity tracking, headcount reporting, and dashboarding. This pivotal role acts as the primary liaison between Customer Operations, Human Resources, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and Operational Excellence teams. Responsibilities: - Forecasting & Planning: Develop resource models illustrating headcount utilization and CO delivery team functions, collaborating with Finance, HR, and L&D for budget alignment, recruitment planning, and training coordination. - Headcount Reporting & Analytics: Track recruitment pipeline, BusinessCase headcount, BPI resource outcomes, and produce detailed resource plans for each CO function. - Productivity Tracking: Provide efficiency/productivity measures for each business delivery team function. - Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with Customer Operations, HR, and Finance to ensure workforce planning meets business needs, create internal controls, set benchmarks, and provide feedback on data performance. - Managerial Duties: Coach, train, and evaluate Workforce Planners, foster a high-performance culture, and oversee dashboarding & reporting of capacity plan.
