Job Title: Workflow Executive – Medical Transcription
Location: Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu
Job Type: Full-Time | Shift-Based (Including Night Shifts, if required)
Salary: ₹1,83,120 – ₹2,61,600 per annum (CTC), depending on experience

About the Role

We are seeking a Workflow Executive – Medical Transcription to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating the seamless flow of medical transcription work between clients, transcriptionists, editors, and quality analysts. Your focus will be on ensuring timely, accurate, and high-quality transcription delivery while optimizing team resources and turnaround times.

Key Responsibilities

• Work Allocation: Assign dictations to transcriptionists and editors based on workload, expertise, and client priorities.
• Turnaround Time (TAT) Management: Ensure all reports are completed and delivered within committed timelines.
• Coordination: Serve as a liaison between transcription teams, quality analysts, and clients to resolve queries and track job status.
• Workflow Monitoring: Use transcription platforms and tools to track real-time job queues and progress.
• Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on productivity, pending jobs, rework cases, and TAT compliance.
• Escalation Handling: Identify delays or discrepancies, escalate to management, and propose corrective actions.
• Client Communication: Occasionally interact with clients for job clarifications or escalations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in any stream
• Prior experience in the medical transcription industry is preferred
• Strong understanding of transcription workflows and TAT requirements
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to work in shifts, including night shifts
• Proficiency in MS Office and workflow management tools
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
