Job Description

Key Responsibilities·         Maintain and update client-related documents, emails, and records ·        Maintain and file invoices, proposals, AMCs, purchase orders, etc. (both soft copy & hard copy) ·        Update payment follow-up trackers / reports (Excel / Google Sheets / Zoho / Busy, etc.) ·        Provide back-end support to sales, accounts and operations teams (sharing data, preparing reports, etc.) ·        Create, format and maintain standard documentation – SOPs, formats, templates, records ·        Prepare daily / weekly / monthly reports as required ·        Draft and format emails, check attachments, and maintain proper email records ·        Enter and update data in company software / portals (Zoho, Busy, CRM or other tools) ·        Maintain documentation checklists so that no important information is missed ·        Coordinate with internal teams and vendors over email/phone to collect or verify information
