Job Description

He/She will be part of the Employee Digital Services Team in-charge of Human Resources (HR) Applications and will act as a Product Developer in the Workday Adaptive Product Team to secure Design, Development, Tests and Business satisfaction.
As part of the Workday Adaptive Product team, he/she is in charge of handling the various requests of global teams, local teams, support the Workday Adaptive Product globally (besides development) and process automation within the workday, leveraging the workday framework.

Responsibilities:
A Workday Technical Analyst is Responsible:
  • To Support the Workforce Planning & Modeling
  • Design, build, and maintain complex workforce planning models in Workday Adaptive Planning for Headcounts
  • Configure and maintain model structures, dimensions, versions and user security
  • Design, build, and support data integrations between Workday Adaptive Planning, Workday HCM and PRISM, ensuring data accuracy and integrity for key elements like employee data, positions, Workforce status and organizational structures.
  • Manage and troubleshoot integrations with other source systems besides user security
  • Create and maintain a suite of dynamic reports, dashboards, and scorecards to provide actionable insights into workforce trends and KPI s
  • Designing and developing in line with the global strategy.
  • Leveraging the workday technologies to insure best fit implementation of the business expectations
  • Challenging and advising the business owners to ensure consistency, operability and maintainability of the overall system.
  • Acting as a Consultant and work with Architects on new Workday modules and do POC s
  • Act as Consultant not only in development in support and critical conditions

Qualification & Experience:
  • Bachelor/ Master Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology or relevant stream, with overall 2-6 years of experience (minimum 2 years in Workday Adaptive Planning in HCM )
Mandatory skills:
  • Hands on expertise in implementation and support of Workday Adaptive Planning configuration including model building, reporting, and administration
  • Strong knowledge of data integration design and management (Workday integrations).
  • Proficiency with Workday Report Writer, advanced reporting and Dashboards.
  • Direct experience with Workday Core HCM, Security, and Business Process concepts.
  • Knowledge on security (user management)
  • Proficiency in OX 2.0
  • Knowledge in Workday PRISM (Good to have)
  • Workday Training / Certifications in Adaptive Planning or HCM(Good to have):
  • Knowledge of Hire to Retire (H2R) Business knowledge and Workday knowledge.
  • Agile solutions management suite like Version One.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Good communication skills and Attention to details. .
  • Handling backlog activities from conception to finished product.
  • Performing testing reaching zero-default outcomes.
  • Providing level, 2 and 3 support services along with solution designing.
  • Securing Security and Data protection requirements in the frame of GDPR regulations.
  • Reaching Service Level Agreements / KPI expectations.
  • Contributing to yearly product roadmap and budget needs.
  • Should be flexible to work in shifts on need basis ( Europe Shift : 13:00 to 22:00 IST )

  • Ability to challenge the needs of the clients and provide appropriate solutions
The role will have the following key outputs:
  • Strong link with the Airbus Digital organization and HR Organization.
  • Strong link with the Airbus Workday Community of Practice
  • Proactive in providing guidance & inputs for the MyPulse s product roadmap
