Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

As a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 4-8 years of experience, your role will involve a combination of technical and functional expertise to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions in collaboration with HR and IT teams. Your responsibilities will include: - Designing, developing, and supporting Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio tools to ensure smooth data flow across systems. - Configuring security settings to maintain data access and compliance, and developing custom reports and calculated fields for actionable insights. - Leading data conversion activities during implementations or upgrades to uphold data integrity. - Providing functional expertise and configuration support for various Workday modules, troubleshooting issues, and participating in upgrades and releases. - Documenting configuration, integration design, and processes for knowledge transfer and audit compliance, and offering training and support to end-users and stakeholders. Qualifications required for this role: - 4 to 8 years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role. - Strong experience with Workday integrations, custom reports, calculated fields, security configuration, and role-based access controls. - Proficiency in data conversions and migrations within Workday projects. - Functional expertise in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Absence. - Excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the capability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Preferred skills that would be beneficial for this role: - Workday Certification(s) in relevant modules. - Experience with the Workday implementation lifecycle, knowledge of Agile methodologies, and exposure to other HRIS or ERP systems.
