Workday Techno-Functional Consultant

As a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant with 4-8 years of experience, your role will involve a combination of technical expertise and functional knowledge to effectively integrate, configure, and support Workday solutions. You will collaborate with HR and IT teams to ensure seamless data flows, custom reporting, and system configuration across various Workday modules. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and support Workday integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio tools to facilitate smooth data flow between systems. - Configure security settings to ensure proper data access and compliance with regulations. - Develop custom reports and calculated fields to provide actionable insights to business users. - Lead data conversion activities during Workday implementation or upgrades to maintain data integrity. - Offer functional expertise and configuration support for Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, and troubleshoot any issues. - Participate in Workday upgrades and releases, assessing impacts and implementing necessary changes. - Document configuration, integration design, and business processes for knowledge transfer and audit compliance. - Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders as needed. Required Qualifications: - 4 to 8 years of experience as a Workday Techno-Functional Consultant or in a similar role. - Strong proficiency in Workday integrations utilizing EIB, Core Connectors, and Studio. - Ability to build custom reports and calculated fields effectively. - In-depth knowledge of Workday security configuration and role-based access controls. - Experience in data conversions and migrations within Workday projects. - Functional expertise in Core HCM, Recruiting, Talent & Performance, Time Tracking, Absence Management. - Excellent communication skills to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Skills: - Workday Certification(s) in relevant modules. - Experience with the Workday implementation lifecycle. - Knowledge of Agile methodologies. - Exposure to other HRIS or ERP systems would be advantageous.,
