Workday Security Lead

As a Security Configuration Specialist at our company, your role will involve configuring and maintaining robust role-based, user-based, and domain access controls within the Workday system. You will be responsible for conducting thorough smoke testing of access requests, including identifying and mitigating toxic combinations. Additionally, you will perform regular security audits and assessments to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and audit requirements. In case of security incidents, you will investigate them in collaboration with Information Security and other stakeholders. Your duties will also include creating and maintaining Workday reports related to security and audits to meet business needs. You will partner with the team to identify the most effective reporting options based on specific requirements and develop and maintain calculated fields within Workday reports. Troubleshooting and resolving reporting issues, bugs, and other related challenges will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will develop and maintain various templates for reporting requests, review and assess new Workday feature releases to ensure ongoing compliance and security, and work closely with integration leads and other Workday support teams to ensure seamless system operations. Creating and maintaining Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), job aids, and other training materials as required will also be expected from you. You will advise the business on best practices for Workday security and data integrity.
