* Strong understanding of Workday data architecture and business processes
* Experience with Advanced Reporting and Workday's Core/Integration features
* Solid background in business analysis and requirements gathering
* Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Strong communication skills for interfacing with business users and technical teams
* Experience with data visualization and dashboard creation
