Description
As a Workday Recruiting Consultant at Hitachi Digital Services, you will play a crucial role in leading and managing end-to-end implementation processes, ensuring successful integration of Workday Recruiting with client business requirements. Your expertise in Recruiting Ecosystem, stakeholder management, and communication skills will be key in driving design workshops, configurations, testing, and deployment phases. Here's what your responsibilities will include: - Leading and managing from Pre Design to Hypercare Phases of the Implementation involving Estimation, Driving Design Workshop, Configuration, Testing, Deployment, etc. - Driving Workday Recruiting implementation and optimization to align with client business requirements. - Providing Subject Matter Expertise to tailor to clients' business scenarios and needs, as well as assisting the internal team with critical/complex issues. - Managing discussions with internal, external stakeholders, 3rd party vendors, and legacy systems. - Partnering with the integration team to brainstorm and execute effective ways to integrate third-party applications with Workday. - Establishing and maintaining strong working relationships with clients, identifying and pursuing enhancement opportunities for existing and new engagements. - Conducting peer reviews, managing, training, and grooming junior consultants to build a high-performing team. - Experience in working on Workday Release features and driving business decisions from design to Hypercare.
