We are Hiring for a Workday Pro HCM Consultant - Full-time Job Description: Role: Workday Pro HCM Consultant Experience: Mid-Level/Senior-Level Location: Hyderabad/Bangalore/Noida Employment Type: Full-time We are looking for certified Workday Pro Consultants with hands-on experience in various HCM modules . 1.Workday Pro HCM Core Services Consultant Role Overview You will design, configure, and optimize core HCM modules (e.g., Staffing Models, Absence Management, Security). Youll partner with clients to translate business requirements into Workday functionality, lead UAT, and drive go-live readiness. Required Certification Workday Pro HCM Core Services Certification 2. Workday Pro Compensation Services Consultant Role Overview You will configure Workday Compensation modules, including Compensation Plans, Guidelines, and Awards, helping clients structure competitive pay programs and integrate compensation with other HCM processes. Required Certification Workday Pro Compensation Services Certification 3. Workday Pro Benefits Services Consultant Role Overview Implement and support Workday Benefits open enrollment and ongoing benefit events, working closely with benefits administrators and third-party carriers. Required Certification Workday Pro Benefits Services Certification 4. Workday Pro Recruiting Services Consultant Role Overview Deliver end-to-end Workday Recruiting implementationsconfiguring job requisitions, candidate interviews, offers, and integrations with job boards and background-check providers. Workday Pro Learning Services Consultant Role Overview Configure and launch Workday Learningcreating learning policies, curricula, transcripts, and integrating with content providers Required Certification Workday Pro Learning Services Certification 6.
