Job Description

Role: Workday Extend, Workday HCM Core

Location: Hyderabad, Bangalore/PAN INDIA-Hybrid

Position:1

Over 5 years of experience implementing integration solutions, with expertise in Workday studio and XSLT for complex data transformations.

Workday Core Connector and Effective Change Interface experience is required (CCW, CCB, WECI, PECI, PICOF)
Experience custom report layouts using BIRT and RaaS reports based on business requirements and wireframes.
Experience on Full Stack development platform (.Net, C#, SQL, Visual Studio/Code, SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, JSON, and API) will be a plus.
Working experience on JIRA tool and Agile methodology.

Core Responsibilities

Support
Workday Core HCM
configuration and maintenance in a large,
global
enterprise environment.
Create and manage
EIBs
for data loads and updates across Core HR processes.
Configure and maintain
business processes
and
employment contract templates
.
Assist with
unit testing
, issue tracking, and resolution during enhancement and release cycles.
Create and maintain Workday documents and templates used in HR transactions
