About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and certified Workday Application Developer to design, build, and configure applications that meet business process and system requirements. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Workday Talent Management and Workday Studio, along with experience in integration and troubleshooting.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and configure Workday applications to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business needs.
• Manage and guide the team as an SME, ensuring project alignment with business goals.
• Provide solutions to technical challenges and support multiple teams.
• Monitor project progress, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards.
• Conduct knowledge-sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills

Must-Have Skills:

• Strong proficiency in Workday Studio and Workday Talent Management.
• Hands-on experience with application development methodologies.
• Expertise in integration tools and techniques.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and optimization.

Good to Have

• Workday certification (preferred).
• Experience leading or mentoring a development team.
