Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) Functional

As a Manager at KPMG in India, your role will involve leveraging your functional experience in HCM product suite modules such as Compensation & Advance Compensation. Your responsibilities will include: - Having at least 9 years of experience in the field - Leading end-to-end implementations - Preferred experience as an internal consultant or with a consulting/software organization in another ERP application - Involvement in at least 2 full cycle client implementations - Proven success in implementing and supporting HCM solutions In addition to the above, you should possess the following qualifications: - Demonstrated ability to engage effectively with clients and stakeholders - Skilled in managing multiple projects and prioritizing tasks - Ability to develop expertise to provide the right solutions for client needs - Strong working relationships with team members, management, and onshore counterparts - Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities - Capable of prioritizing conflicting demands with minimal supervision - Expertise in at least 2 HCM product suite modules - Ability to understand customer requirements, configure Workday solutions, demonstrate configurations, and assist in testing - Familiarity with Workday's Implementation Methodology and its application in customer engagements - Support the Integration Consulting team in configuring and testing integrations between Workday and third-party/custom solutions - Share product knowledge and mentor other consultants - Contribute to successful project outcomes and build lasting customer relationships Your educational qualification should be BE / B Tech / ME / M Tech / MBA.
