As a Workday HCM Solution Architect at our company, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing, optimizing, and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, configuring system modules, troubleshooting issues, and providing continuous support and training to end users. It will be your duty to ensure that the solutions align with business needs and compliance standards.
