Workday HCM Integration Expert

Role Overview: You will be responsible for contributing to presales solutioning and leading large-scale integration projects. Your role will require in-depth understanding of all business processes under workday HCM, BO Relationships, data sources, security architecture, and integration frameworks. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR, IT teams, and external partners to design and implement scalable high-performance integration solutions. - Utilize technical aptitude to convert and map data sources into data conversion templates. - Identify and implement solutions to reuse code and capabilities to increase speed to market. - Provide hands-on expertise of the software, including loading client data, moving configuration from tenant to tenant, and configuring business processes and security. - Contribute to pre-sales solutioning by providing technical expertise and developing solution proposals. - Lead large-scale integration projects, ensuring successful delivery and client satisfaction. Qualifications Required: - Workday only experience. - Minimum 4+ years of experience along with at least 2 full implementations in depth. - In-depth knowledge of Workday's capabilities and configurations.,
