Workday HCM Integration Expert

For one of our international clients, RED Global is currently looking for an experienced HCM Workday Integration Expert based in India.

The ideal candidate would have experience in large and global Workday projects, integration of ADP/ADP Celerio/SD Worx/Alight among others with Workday.

The role is expected to start by end of August 2025 being 6 months of contract with high chances of extension.

Required Skills:

• Experience in Workday HCM integrations with strong exposure to

  Workday Payroll

  .
• Solid understanding of

  Workday payroll functional concepts

  , especially in

  multi-country payroll

  .
• Proven experience in leading IT projects with cross-functional business coordination.
• Strong expertise in

  Workday Studio

  ,

  EIB

  ,

  Core Connectors

  , and

  Web Services (SOAP/REST)

  .
• Hands-on experience integrating Workday with third-party payroll vendors
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, global environment.
• Experience working with external vendors and managing service delivery.
