Role: Workday

Experience: 3-5 Years

Relevant Experience in Workday: 1+ Years

Notice Period: Immediate Joiners Only

Job Location: Bangalore and Pune

Workday Certification Must Have

Key Responsibilities:

A minimum of 8 months Workday experience in Workday Core HCM, ,Absence, Time and Attendance. Payroll&Compensation experience is desirable but not essential.

Experience of small change, internal enhancements& configuration delivery
Experience of SaaSenhancementprocess desirable but not necessary
Internal stakeholder management- strong influencing and communicationskills
Ability to create and maintain process documentation in a clear and consistent method
Ability to analyse non-technical performance information and identify root causes&designing process improvements in con junction with users / platform consultants
Ability to learn new technology, quickly
Experience of testing (UAT), planning and execution
Complex problem solving
