Workday Functional Consultant

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Workday Functional Consultant to become a part of our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth knowledge of Workday HCM module configuration and business process setup, and should also have practical experience in all stages of the Workday implementation lifecycle. As a Workday Functional Consultant, your main responsibilities will include configuring and establishing the Workday HCM module, which involves setting up business processes, workflows, and data flows. You will be involved in various phases of the Workday implementation lifecycle such as analysis, design, unit testing, system testing, and deployment. Additionally, you will be providing hands-on production support for the Workday HCM module and related processes while collaborating with different teams and third-party vendors to gather business requirements and convert them into detailed design solutions. Your role will also require you to deliver expert advice on key business process decisions, support project engagements, and carry out day-to-day tasks as directed by the Project Manager or Team Lead. Effective communication with stakeholders, strong teamwork, interpersonal skills, and proficient use of MS Office tools will be essential in this position. Flexibility to work in shifts to meet business demands is also necessary. The qualifications we are looking for in a candidate include proven expertise in Workday HCM module configuration, comprehensive experience in all phases of the Workday implementation cycle, and strong production support experience focusing on issue resolution and system optimization. The ability to analyze complex business requirements and provide effective solutions, excellent communication skills, teamwork, and proficiency with MS Office tools are also required. Possession of Workday certification would be considered an added advantage. In addition to the qualifications, the ideal candidate should be willing to work in shifts to support global operations and should have strong problem-solving skills to envision and model system configurations effectively.,
