JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Requirement is for the HRST workday team who works with client consults them & implement workday. Work is to replace their legacy system & fresh new implementation of WD.
  • Fresh implementation of WD (Technical & Functional). They need to certified in HCM, integration, or any further modules as well.
  • HCM certification & integration certification are base certification any other certification is add-on.
  • Certifications are given by WD itself. He needs to be WD certified to login into WD system.
  • WD implementation in functional & Technical experience is must.
  • Further specialized in functional
  • Workday Implementation experience of at least two projects.
  • 3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent &
  • Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
  • Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules.
  • Understanding of any industry would be a plus
  • Excellent Communication Skills
