JOB DESCRIPTION

Requirement is for the HRST workday team who works with client consults them & implement workday. Work is to replace their legacy system & fresh new implementation of WD.
Fresh implementation of WD (Technical & Functional). They need to certified in HCM, integration, or any further modules as well.
HCM certification & integration certification are base certification any other certification is add-on.
Certifications are given by WD itself. He needs to be WD certified to login into WD system.
WD implementation in functional & Technical experience is must.
Further specialized in functional
Workday Implementation experience of at least two projects.
3 to 6 years of experience in Workday Core HCM, Security, Core & Advance Compensation, Talent &
Performance Management, Recruiting, Reporting, Prism Analytics, Payroll, Benefits, Learning, Absence Management & Time Tracking.
Experience in HR processes and should have worked on two or more projects in a functional capacity on above mentioned modules.
Understanding of any industry would be a plus
Excellent Communication Skills
