Workday Financials Integrations Consultant

Role Overview: You will work as a Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant, collaborating with client stakeholders to ensure successful deployments and post-go-live support. Your role will involve interpreting business requirements, configuring system enhancements, and conducting integration testing and deployment activities. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support to production clients, oversee junior developers, and participate in implementation projects. Key Responsibilities: - Interpret and refine requests from business or end user teams to translate them into technical requirements - Manage configuration and enhancements of the system to meet customer expectations - Conduct hands-on integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities - Provide ongoing support to production clients including monitoring daily schedulers, reports, and integration errors - Collaborate with project managers and functional consultants to configure in-scope integration and associated configuration - Conduct Q/A reviews for junior integration developers and facilitate knowledge transfer sessions for clients Qualification Required: - Must hold core Workday Financials and integration certification - Minimum 4+ years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday financial integrations - Proficiency in SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WWS, Java, and JSON - Hands-on experience with Workday technical suite including Workday Studio, EIB, report writer, and custom reporting - Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills - Associate or bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent with 2 - 4 years of relevant work experience Additional Details about the Company: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
