Workday Financials Integrations Consultant

As a Workday Financials Integrations Lead Consultant at our company, you will work with client stakeholders during deployments and post go-live to ensure their success and maximize the benefits of their Workday system. Your role will involve leveraging your expertise in implementation and deployment projects, with a hands-on approach. We are looking for certified consultants who possess a positive, can-do attitude and aspire to take on leadership responsibilities within our UST Workday practice. Key Responsibilities: - Review, interpret, and refine requests from business or end-user teams, translating them into technical requirements - Manage configuration and enhancements of the system to meet customer expectations and requirements - Perform integration configuration, testing, and deployment activities - Provide ongoing support for production clients, including monitoring daily schedulers, reports, and integration errors - Collaborate with client teams to resolve issues and address integration-related items - Configure in-scope integrations and associated configurations in line with Workday methodologies - Provide Q/A reviews for junior integration developers - Conduct knowledge transfer sessions to educate clients on Workday integrations Qualifications Required: - Must have core Workday Financials and integration certification - Minimum 4 years of experience in configuring and supporting Workday financial integrations and related APIs - Working knowledge of SOAP, REST, XML, XSLT, WWS, Java, and JSON - Hands-on configuration experience with Workday technical suite - Experience in supporting integrated testing strategies and coordinating testing efforts - Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills - Associate or bachelor's degree in MIS, Computer Science, or equivalent with relevant work experience - Adaptive experience is desirable About UST: UST is a global digital transformation solutions provider with over 30,000 employees in 30 countries.
