Workday Finance Reporting Consultant

Requirements:

• Substantial and measurable delivery within the reporting workstreams of 3 or more Financials, or Higher Education implementations for at least two phases
• Bachelors degree in technical, business, or financial discipline or relevant field of study or equivalent work experience
• Willingness and ability to travel on business need; work extended hours as necessary

Preferences:

• Current Workday Reporting and Prism certification
• Minimum 3 - 4 years of hands-on experience in a Workday reporting role using the various tools from simple to complex reports.
• Strong experience in report writing with enterprise reporting tools in Workday Financials Accounting Center and Prism
• Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
• Strong knowledge and experience with the Workday security model.
• Strong Experience with reporting tools like Prism, BIRT, Matrix, Composite, dashboards, discovery boards, embedded analytics, and future report specific functionality.
• Ability to train and participate in the professional development of Huron staff in both project-management and technical dimensions
• Excellent time-management and prioritization skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills and experience with tools such as Excel and Access used to translate information and requirements into documentation and solution design
• Desire and willingness to learn new tools, techniques, concepts, and methodologies
• Enthusiastic about data accuracy and completeness, with a great attention to detail
