Workday Data Conversion Consultant

Role Overview: As a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will be an integral part of the team responsible for the successful migration of data into the systems. Your primary focus will be on ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and a smooth transition from legacy systems to the new platform. You will collaborate closely with key stakeholders to drive data migration efforts, conduct quality assurance, and improve data processes. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from various source systems. - Create EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data within the Workday system. - Identify anomalies in data and rectify any conversion errors. - Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts. - Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project milestones. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional). - Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
