Workday Data Conversion Consultant

As a Workday Data Conversion Specialist Consultant, you will join our team and contribute to the successful migration of data into our systems. You will play a critical role in ensuring data integrity, accuracy, and a seamless transition from legacy systems to our new platform. Working closely with key stakeholders, you will drive data migration efforts, perform quality assurance, and enhance data processes. - Conduct data conversion, migration, and cleaning from multiple source systems. - Create EIBs and Advanced Loads to convert and validate data into the Workday system. - Identify anomalies in data and rectify conversion errors. - Develop and utilize data mapping tools to support conversion efforts. - Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to meet project milestones. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. - Active HCM Workday certification or Data Conversion Certified (Optional). - Proven experience as a Data Conversion Specialist or in a similar role. - Strong understanding of data conversion methodologies, tools, and best practices. - Exceptional problem-solving abilities and keen attention to detail. - Excellent time management skills and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
