Job Description

Workday HCM Analyst

Hybrid

Chennai

Exp: 8-12 years

Seeking a candidate with overall 8 to 10 years of experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM core functional areas.
Candidate should have proven experience in solution design, configuration, testing, tenant deployments, and stakeholder enablement across Core HR and related HCM modules.

Key responsibilities:

Lead requirements gathering and translate business needs into Workday solution design for Core HCM modules.
Overall, 8 to 10 years of professional experience.
Minimum 5 years of focused experience in Workday HCM core functional areas.
Strong knowledge of Workday Core HR, Organization Management, Business Process Framework, and Security.
Experience with tenant setup, configuration, and tenant-to-tenant migrations.
Familiarity with testing methodologies (unit, SIT, UAT) and defect management.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to document functional requirements and deliverable artifacts clearly.

Nice-to-have:

Workday Certification(s) in Core HCM
