Job Description

Position Title: Workday Consultant Workday Analyst or Workday Administrator Remote Expectations: Serve as a Workday expert on the People team, someone who understands Workday inside and out and can support our team that is new to Workday Build and maintain custom dashboards and reports for stakeholders in partnership with People team (strong concentration in labor and time tracking reporting for an hourly warehouse population) Find opportunities for self-service for managers in Workday Lead special projects (data migrations for acquisitions, EIBs) Provides troubleshooting support to employees and HR users in completing transactions and modifying back-end configuration Analyzes data flow, processes, and configuration to recommend enhancement that increase quality and efficiency Stay up to date with new Workday features and enhancements, evaluating their potential impact on the organization and making recommendations for their adoption. What Youll Need/Skills and Experience Required: 3+ years of hands-on Workday experience in HCM, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, and Time Tracking and Absence. Strong understanding of Workday functionality, including configuration, security business processes, and reporting. Experience with Workday integration tools and technologies. Advanced proficiency in building complex calculated fields Proficient in Workday reporting and analytics, including report writing and creating dashboards specifically for time tracking of a large hourly population Familiarity with HCM processes, policies, and best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment Workday certification(s) in relevant modules preferred Experience with Workday configuration and administration in a global or multi-entity organization. Experience with other ERP systems and their integration with Workday. Examples of current integrations: Culture Amp, Pave, Google Calendar, benefits providers, 401K accounts Desired: Experience in migrating large groups of employees into Workday for M&A activity Workday Pro certification a plus
