Description
Key Skills: Workday, Hcm, REST, XML, XSLT. Roles and Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Workday solutions, including configurations, integrations, and customizations to meet business requirements. Lead technical discussions and collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions within the Workday platform. Architect and implement technical Workday solutions that align with Lloyds Banking Group best practices, security standards, and performance requirements. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior team members, supporting their professional development and growth. Conduct code reviews and drive continuous improvement in development methodologies and technical processes. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues to ensure system stability and reliability. Monitor Workday platform updates and industry trends, evaluating their impact on existing implementations. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and propose innovative solutions leveraging Workday capabilities. Experience Requirements: 5 years of hands-on experience in Workday HCM, Financials, or other modules as a software engineer. Strong expertise in Workday tools including Workday Studio, Report Writer, Business Process Framework, Calculated Fields, Document Transformation, EIB, and Core Connectors. Awareness of Workday Extend and Workday Security within integrations. Proficiency in programming languages like Java, JavaScript, or similar, with practical experience developing Workday Studio-based solutions. Familiarity with the broader Workday ecosystem and functional modules. Proven ability to architect complex, scalable, and secure Workday solutions. Experience collaborating with business stakeholders as a Subject Matter Expert. Ability to work independently and take initiative with minimal supervision. Knowledge of the Workday roadmap and upcoming features. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities for addressing complex business and technical challenges. Demonstrated leadership skills with a strong record of mentoring junior team members. Solid understanding of database design and data manipulation. Effective communication skills for presenting technical concepts to non-technical audiences and working with diverse teams. Workday certifications such as Workday Pro or Workday Integration are an advantage. Education: B.tech, M.tech, B.com, M.com, MBA, any PG.
