Workday Consultant - Advance Compensation Module

You will be working as a Workday Consultant specializing in Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Your key responsibilities will involve being a subject matter expert in Workday, managing and prioritizing tasks across projects, leading sessions with customers to gather requirements, and mentoring junior consultants. Key Responsibilities: - Act as a Workday subject matter expert, proficient in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities across multiple projects. - Independently manage and prioritize tasks across various project phases to ensure timely and quality delivery. - Lead sessions with customers to gather and analyze business requirements, offering expert recommendations and developing tailored Workday solutions. Duties And Tasks: - Identify strategic options, potential risks, and effective approaches to meet post-production customer requirements. - Collaborate closely with project teams to ensure development efforts align with customer design decisions and expectations. - Provide regular and clear status updates to customers, project teams, and management to maintain transparency and progress tracking. - Mentor junior consultants, fostering knowledge sharing and contributing to the continuous growth of the Workday practice. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/College Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Computer/Telecommunication Engineering, or equivalent. - Active Workday Certification in Compensation and/or Advanced Compensation. - Hands-on experience in Compensation, Advanced Compensation implementation, or support. - Detailed understanding of Compensation concepts and processes. - Strong consulting and presentation skills with the ability to effectively manage customer expectations. - Experience in gathering business requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and implementing requirements under multiple deadlines. - 3+ years of experience as a certified Workday consultant. - Experience in creating compensation review statements through BIRT is an advantage. In this role, you will work with customers during all phases of deployment, as well as post-production, to assist with defining requirements, completing development, and deploying solutions. You will also be responsible for providing regular status updates to customers, project teams, and management to maintain transparency and progress tracking. Please note that this job may require you to work in various environments, including remote work and/or work from home settings. Additionally, you may need to travel to client/business/event sites for work assignments.,
