Workday Consultant - Advance Compensation Module

Role Overview: You are a Workday certified Consultant with experience in Compensation and Advanced Compensation. Your main responsibility will be to work with customers throughout all stages of deployment and post-production to help define requirements, develop solutions, and ensure successful deployment. Key Responsibilities: - Serve as a Workday subject matter expert, proficient in design, configuration, testing, and deployment activities for multiple projects. - Independently prioritize and manage tasks across different project phases to guarantee timely and high-quality delivery. - Lead customer sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, provide expert recommendations, and create tailored Workday solutions.
