Workday Configuration Admin

You will be working as a Workday Administrator at NCR VOYIX Corporation, a global provider of digital commerce solutions for retail, restaurant, and banking industries. Your role will be based in Hyderabad Mixed Use Office with 5 days in the office. As a Workday Administrator, your primary responsibility will be systems administration and support. You must have a solid understanding of Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence, and Time Tracking system configuration to support multiple countries. Additionally, you will be involved in system administration functions such as table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance, and ensuring data integrity. Your role will also include providing end-user support, troubleshooting bugs and issues, maintaining system configuration documentation, and recommending internal processes for data integrity. **Key Responsibilities:** - Understand Workday functional configuration for business processes - Experience with business process workflow and modeling - Perform system administration functions including table configuration, EIB data loads, and data integrity maintenance - Provide end-user support, troubleshoot bugs, and document findings - Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures - Assist in HR technology initiatives including business requirement gathering, project management, and documentation development - Participate in the review and implementation of new system functionality to support business processes - Assist in the development of change management, communication, and training plans **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related area - Minimum 5+ years of experience supporting Workday applications - Knowledge of Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence, and Time Tracking functionality - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills - Self-starter with excellent verbal and written communication skills - Ability to manage change effectively and apply systems knowledge to troubleshoot new issues,
