As a Workday Administrator at NCR VOYIX, you will have the following key responsibilities: - Understand Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence, and Time Tracking system configurations to support multiple countries. - Knowledgeable about Workday functional configuration for business processes. - Experience with business process workflow and modeling. - Perform system administration tasks such as table configuration, EIB data loads, system maintenance, and data integrity. - General understanding of Workday custom reporting and calculated fields. - Provide end-user support, troubleshoot bugs and issues, document findings. - Maintain documentation of system configuration and business processes. - Recommend, implement, and document internal processes and audit procedures for data integrity. - Assist in HR technology initiatives, including business requirement gathering, project management, testing, and training. - Support the review and implementation of new system functionality to meet business requirements. - Collaborate in the development of change management, communication, and training plans. Qualifications required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Systems, or related field. - Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting Workday applications. - Project management experience impacting multiple systems and processes. - Knowledge of Workday HCM, Staffing, Absence & Time Tracking functionality. - Understanding of inbound EIB preparation and loading into Workday. - Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Strong critical thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot new issues. - Proactive working style, able to work independently. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Ability to manage change effectively considering technology, business processes, and system implications.
