Job location: Bangalore, Pune, Noida, Chennai & Jaipur Required skills & Qualifications: As a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in core and advanced compensation. At least 2-4 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems. Certification in Workday Core Compensation is a must. Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is an added advantage. Implementation experience in Core compensation or Advanced Compensation Substantial and measurable delivery of 1 or more compensation implementations for at least two phases. Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration. In-depth knowledge of Compensation Eligibility rules, Compensation plans, Compensation defaulting, and Business processes is required. You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
