Required skills & Qualifications:

As a Workday Compensation Functional Consultant, you will be responsible for developing and implementing solutions in core and advanced compensation.

  • At least 2-4 years of experience in implementing and maintaining Workday Compensation systems.
  • Certification in Workday Core Compensation is a must.
  • Certification in Workday Advanced Compensation is an added advantage.
  • Implementation experience in Core compensation or Advanced Compensation
  • Substantial and measurable delivery of 1 or more compensation implementations for at least two phases.
  • Excellent communication skills, oral and written, and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration.
  • In-depth knowledge of Compensation Eligibility rules, Compensation plans, Compensation defaulting, and Business processes is required.
  • You will provide Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation expertise; and work with partners to understand their business requirements and help configure and test the derived solutions.
