Job Description

You will lead the implementation of Workday HCM solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address system enhancements and process improvements. Utilize Generative AI to develop innovative solutions for improving system functionalities and user experience. Ensure data integrity and security within the Workday Cloud HCM environment. Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making. Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis and reporting. Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions. Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues for seamless operations. Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency in Workday tools and processes. Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Support the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems to streamline operations. Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals and enhance team productivity. Qualifications: - Demonstrate proficiency in Workday Cloud HCM Security and Generative AI. - Strong analytical skills and experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics. - Exhibit advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis. - Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Finance & Accounting is a plus. - Proficient in English with excellent communication skills.,
