Job Description

As a Workday HCM Solutions Lead, your role involves leading the implementation of Workday HCM solutions to ensure alignment with business objectives and requirements. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify system enhancements and process improvements, utilizing Generative AI to develop innovative solutions. Ensuring data integrity and security within the Workday Cloud HCM environment is a key responsibility. Providing expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics to support data-driven decision-making and developing advanced Excel models for financial analysis are essential tasks. Additionally, you will gather requirements from stakeholders, monitor system performance, conduct training sessions, and stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends to drive continuous improvement. Supporting the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems and fostering a collaborative work environment are also part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead the implementation of Workday HCM solutions - Collaborate with cross-functional teams for system enhancements - Develop innovative solutions using Generative AI - Ensure data integrity and security in the Workday Cloud HCM environment - Provide expert guidance on Workday Reporting & Analytics - Develop and maintain advanced Excel models for financial analysis - Gather requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions - Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues - Conduct training sessions to enhance user proficiency - Stay updated with the latest Workday features and industry trends - Support the integration of Workday HCM with other enterprise systems - Foster a collaborative work environment to achieve project goals Qualifications: - Proficiency in Workday Cloud HCM Security and Generative AI - Strong analytical skills and experience in Workday Reporting & Analytics - Advanced Excel skills for financial modeling and analysis - Experience in Asset & Wealth Management or Finance & Accounting is a plus - Proficient in English with excellent communication skills,
