As a Workday Benefits Consultant at Huron, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing solutions in Workday benefits for clients of various scales. You will independently create client deliverables for large, complex projects and clients, evaluate effort, and seek support when necessary. Your responsibilities will include providing expertise in Workday product, subject-matter, and implementation, collaborating with partners to understand their business requirements, configuring solutions, and conducting testing. A deep understanding of Benefits-related security, passive events, open enrollment processes, and various benefit plan types is essential for this role. You will be expected to work efficiently both independently and within a team to ensure customer satisfaction and success. Demonstrating configurations through prototype development, assisting in creating solutions for clients, conducting working sessions to gather business requirements, and assisting clients in testing designed solutions are key aspects of this role. Furthermore, your responsibilities will involve analyzing Workday release updates, resolving functional issues, implementing complex business scenarios, creating custom reports, and managing multiple projects of varying scales and durations. To qualify for this role, you should have a proven track record of delivering one or more Benefit implementations across at least two phases.
