As a SCRUM Master, your role involves facilitating Scrum sessions to ensure the smooth functioning of daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. You will be responsible for coaching team members on Agile practices and principles to enhance productivity and efficiency. Monitoring timelines and due dates to maintain project timelines aligned with business goals is crucial.
