Workday Architect / Manager roles

Job Title: Workday Architect / Manager Job Date: 10-10-25 Job Location: Noida Job Type: Full-time Job Summary: The Workday Architect/Manager is responsible for ensuring optimal configuration, performance, and scalability of the Workday platform across HR, Payroll, Recruitment, benefits, and other business modules. This role leads the overall technical and functional Workday architecture, aligning system capabilities with the organization's strategic and operational goals. The Workday Architect/Manager will lead a team of Workday administrators and collaborate closely with HR, Payroll, Talent Acquisition, and IT teams to design, implement, and optimize Workday solutions that enhance efficiency, streamline processes, and support growth.

Job Responsibilities:

Lead and mentor the Workday administration team. Manage overall Workday architecture, configurations, and integrations. Collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to translate business needs into Workday solutions. Design, implement, and optimize new Workday features and modules. Oversee system upgrades, testing, and change management. Manage vendors and ensure timely delivery of Workday projects. Handle system issues, reporting, and automation improvements. Ensure data security, reliability, and compliance within Workday. Identify process enhancements to improve system efficiency. Provide training and guidance to team members and stakeholders.

Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a related field. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting, Time Tracking, or Absence Management). Current or prior Workday certification(s). In-depth knowledge of Workday implementation tools and methodologies. Strong understanding of HR processes and data management principles. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities. Demonstrated experience managing teams across multiple time zones and cultures. Strong commitment to security, data integrity, and user-friendly system design.

Job Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in HR, IT, Business, or related field. Workday Certification(s) required. Minimum 3 years of leadership experience. Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience with at least two Workday modules (e.g., HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Recruiting). Strong knowledge of HR processes, data management, and Workday configurations. Proven experience in Workday implementation, integrations, and upgrades. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills. Ability to lead teams and collaborate across functions and time zones. Preferred: 6+ years of relevant experience and exposure to global or large-scale environments.
