About the Role

Workato Integration Developer

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement integrations using Workato to connect business applications.
• Partner with ANZ-based customers to understand requirements, offer technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune integrations for maximum performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with internal teams—such as business analysts and project managers—to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for integrations and workflows.
• Apply best practices to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions.
• Provide ongoing support and enhancements as business needs evolve.

Required Skills & Experience

• Proven experience with Workato and workflow automation tools. (1-3 years)
• Hands-on experience integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) and building automations.
• Familiarity with cloud-based applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Xero, SAP, or similar enterprise systems.
• Strong knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with ANZ-based customers.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience managing end-to-end integration projects—from requirements gathering to deployment.

Nice to Have

• Workato certifications or experience with other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, etc.).
• Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration best practices.
• Experience working in agile environments and with DevOps practices.
