About the Role We’re seeking a talented Workato Integration Developer to join our team and help design, build, and maintain seamless integrations across multiple systems. You’ll work closely with our ANZ-based customers, translating business needs into reliable automation solutions. This role blends technical expertise with strong communication skills, making it perfect for someone who enjoys both coding and collaboration. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement integrations using Workato to connect business applications. Partner with ANZ-based customers to understand requirements, offer technical guidance, and deliver high-quality solutions. Troubleshoot, debug, and fine-tune integrations for maximum performance and reliability. Collaborate with internal teams—such as business analysts and project managers—to ensure smooth project delivery. Maintain clear and up-to-date technical documentation for integrations and workflows. Apply best practices to ensure security, scalability, and maintainability of automation solutions. Provide ongoing support and enhancements as business needs evolve. Required Skills & Experience Proven experience with Workato and workflow automation tools. (1-3 years) Hands-on experience integrating APIs (REST/SOAP) and building automations. Familiarity with cloud-based applications such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Workday, Xero, SAP, or similar enterprise systems. Strong knowledge of SQL, JSON, XML, and scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, or similar). Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially with ANZ-based customers. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Experience managing end-to-end integration projects—from requirements gathering to deployment. Nice to Have Workato certifications or experience with other iPaaS platforms (MuleSoft, Boomi, Zapier, etc.). Understanding of enterprise architecture and integration best practices. Experience working in agile environments and with DevOps practices.
