Description

We are seeking an experienced Work Permit Receiver to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in handling work permit applications and ensuring compliance with local regulations. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate effectively with various stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Receive and process work permit applications from candidates.
Coordinate with government agencies to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Maintain accurate records of work permits and related documentation.
Provide assistance and guidance to employees regarding work permit procedures.
Monitor the status of pending applications and follow up as necessary.
Prepare reports on work permit activities and submit them to management.
Stay updated on changes in immigration laws and policies that may affect work permits.

Skills and Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
5-10 years of experience in work permit processing or immigration services.
Strong understanding of labor laws and immigration regulations in India.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
