Electrical Foreman

Description

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Foreman to lead our electrical team in various projects across India. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to ensure that projects are completed safely and on time.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical installations and maintenance activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Manage a team of electricians and apprentices effectively.
• Review blueprints and technical diagrams to ensure proper installation practices.
• Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Provide training and mentorship to junior staff.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7-10 years of experience in electrical installation and maintenance.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings and schematics.
• Strong knowledge of electrical codes and safety regulations in India.
• Experience with various electrical systems including lighting, power distribution, and control systems.
• Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certification in electrical engineering or a related field.
