Job Description:
We are hiring an experienced Electrical Foreman for our sugar industry operations. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of industrial electrical systems and experience in supervising electrical maintenance teams in a factory setup.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the electrical maintenance team
- Monitor installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical issues in machinery and panels
- Ensure adherence to safety and operational standards
- Maintain schedules, records, and daily progress reports
- Coordinate with production and engineering departments for smooth operations
Requirements:
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical Engineering
- Minimum 10 years of experience, preferably in the sugar or manufacturing industry
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Knowledge of industrial motors, control panels, wiring, and safety compliance
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
