Job Description

Handle inbound and outbound customer calls for international clients, providing excellent service and resolving queries efficiently.
Communicate clearly and professionally in English to support customers from global markets.
Follow call scripts and standard operating procedures to ensure high-quality service.
Identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues when required.
Meet performance metrics such as call quality, response time, and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions using CRM tools.
Adhere to company policies, schedules, and quality standards in a remote working environment.
Collaborate with team leads and supervisors to continuously improve service delivery.

Requirements:

Must have a personal laptop/desktop with stable internet connectivity.
Quiet and professional work environment for night shift operations.
Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
Prior BPO or customer service experience preferred.
