Key Responsibilities:

1. WordPress & Website Development (Primary Focus)

• Maintain and update WordPress website with new properties and content
• Build and optimize landing pages for tenants, landlords, and dual audiences
• Implement email list segmentation and automated property pushes
• Integrate AI chatbots to answer property-specific queries
• Implement online booking and payment systems (Apple Pay integration)
• Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements to enhance UX

2. Listings & Digital Marketing

• Syndicate property listings across platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, website, etc.)
• Edit property photos in a branded and professional way
• Write SEO-friendly content for listings, blogs, and social media

3. Operations & CRM Support

• Respond to tenant and landlord inquiries promptly
• Track leads, manage pipelines, and follow up with non-converting leads
• Maintain waitlists and CRM data accuracy
• Support the owner with workflow optimization and process improvements

Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong WordPress development and management experience
• Basic knowledge of website integrations, automation tools, and AI chatbots
• Experience with CRM systems and email automation
• Graphic design/photo editing for web and social media
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
