Key Responsibilities: 1. WordPress & Website Development (Primary Focus) Maintain and update WordPress website with new properties and content Build and optimize landing pages for tenants, landlords, and dual audiences Implement email list segmentation and automated property pushes Integrate AI chatbots to answer property-specific queries Implement online booking and payment systems (Apple Pay integration) Troubleshoot website issues and implement improvements to enhance UX 2. Listings & Digital Marketing Syndicate property listings across platforms (Facebook Marketplace, Kijiji, website, etc.) Edit property photos in a branded and professional way Write SEO-friendly content for listings, blogs, and social media 3.
