Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a WordPress Developer, based in Bhubaneswar. The WordPress Developer will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, including creating WordPress themes and plugins, designing and implementing new features and functionality, and ensuring high performance and availability. The role involves collaborating with the design and development team to establish and guide the website’s architecture, troubleshoot and resolve website problems in a timely manner, and manage all technical aspects of the CMS.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Object-Oriented Programming (OOP)
• Experience in Front-End Development and Software Development
• Strong programming skills and ability to code in required languages
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Familiarity with web hosting, security, and optimization best practices is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred
