Wordpress Developer

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced WordPress Developer with a proven track record in developing and maintaining WordPress websites. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience in custom theme and plugin development, strong proficiency in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS, and a keen eye for detail. As a WordPress Developer, you will play a crucial role in implementing and managing WordPress-based projects, ensuring they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.

Responsibilities:

• WordPress Development:
• Develop, customize, and maintain WordPress themes and plugins.
• Implement responsive design principles to ensure optimal performance across devices.
• Code Quality and Review:
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Project Execution:
• Execute WordPress projects from conception to completion.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Troubleshooting and Support:
• Identify and resolve issues related to WordPress functionality and performance.
• Provide technical support to clients and team members.
• Performance Optimization:
• Optimize WordPress sites for speed and performance.
• Implement caching mechanisms and other performance enhancement techniques.
• Security Implementation:
• Ensure the security of WordPress sites and apply necessary patches.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with designers to implement visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces.
• Collaborate with team members to implement new features and functionalities.
• API Integrations:
• Integrate WordPress with third-party APIs and external services.
• Ensure seamless data exchange between WordPress and other platforms.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven experience as a WordPress Developer.
• Proficient in PHP, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Strong understanding of web standards and responsive design principles.
• Experience with popular page builders and frameworks.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with e-commerce platforms (e.g., WooCommerce) and Able to do customization using hooks and override templates.
• Knowledge of WordPress Ajax and Hooks of WP Ajax.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Need knowledge of ACF plugin and ACF hooks.
• Need knowledge of plugins (Gravity form, Contact form 7, Formidable) and how to customize using hooks.
• Need knowledge to create custom Gutenberg blocks and Elementor blocks in Wordpress.
• Need to know how to optimize website With and without plugins.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹3,000.00 per month
