Brandvertising Arena is seeking a passionate and skilled WordPress Developer (Fresher or upto 12 months experience) to join our growing team. This is a full-time onsite opportunity ideal for fresh graduates or junior developers looking to build a strong foundation in real-world web development projects across WordPress. Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain WordPress Websites Build and customize themes and plugins based on project needs Ensure websites are responsive, fast-loading, and SEO-friendly Workout different ideas with HTML, CSS, JavaScript daily Create intuitive UI/UX designs that elevate user experience Conduct thorough testing and debugging to ensure functionality Collaborate with designers and content teams to implement visual elements Troubleshoot and resolve performance, compatibility, and code issues Assist in website migrations, backups, and basic hosting tasks Stay updated on latest web trends, tools, and best practices Requirements: Basic understanding of WordPress architecture & dashboard Working knowledge of PHP preferred (not mandatory) Good understanding of responsive design principles Ability to follow guidelines, work independently, within deadlines Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail What We Offer: Opportunity to work on live projects and real brands Hands-on learning and mentorship from senior developers Experience letter/LOR post successful completion Skill-building across design, development, SEO & performance Clear growth path within the company for long-term roles Duration & Commitment: Minimum Lock-in Period: 6 Months Type: Full-Time | Onsite Stipend/CTC: [To be discussed during interview, based on profile] Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher, Internship Contract length: 6 months Pay: ₹5,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month Location: Dombivli, Maharashtra (Preferred) Work Location: In person Application Deadline: 31/05/2025
